Madonna has over 10 years’ experience in asset management, and has worked with major real estate names. Well known in the industry is the ENRAS Scheme (National Rental Affordability Scheme) through this she has discovered the key to managing property. Most importantly Madonna keeps to a manageable number of properties to asset manage, often overlooked by many large real estate firms focussed on profits. Madonna, a great negotiator with an interest in asset acquisition and investment property, born from her own personal experience of managing and investing in property.
When Madonna is not focussing on her customers, she is often found volunteering in the community, assisting with fundraising for the local Coast Guard and sponsoring other worthy charities. Skilled, confident, and proactive a manager dedicated in her client’s interest whilst building lasting relationships through mutual respect with many of her tenants.
